COPaKB Wiki supports inputs in the formats of plain text, hyperlinked text and image. You may create Wiki pages or edit existing pages. The text editor supports the feature of "WYSIWYG" (what you see is what you get).

Each protein, peptide and spectrum entry of the COPaKB is coupled with a Wiki component. Please use this layout to share your insights on selected topic.

  For spectral library component of the COPaKB, its coverage is important for the users. The wide dynamic range of protein abundance and limited sensitivity of concurrent proteomic platforms challenge the construction of a comprehensive spectral library for the whole cardiovascular proteome. However, building libraries of a particular subproteome (e.g. organellar proteome) with broad coverages are feasible after enrichment procedures. 

In a modular structure, libraries for these subproteome of interest are configured sequentially, enabling immediate utilities and offering an organellar resolution to the spectral datasets.
